Family Relationship Support
Children and adolescents may experience emotional distress, behavioural changes, school pressure, identity concerns, family conflict, or developmental needs. This counselling support offers a safe, age-appropriate space where young people can express themselves and feel understood.
Through gentle, trauma-informed care, children, teens, and families are supported to build confidence, emotional regulation, communication skills, and healthy coping strategies. Sessions may also support parents and carers with practical guidance for home, school, and family life.
