Counselling where every person feels heard, respected, and empowered
I provide compassionate, practical, and trauma-informed counselling for individuals, couples, families, children, adolescents, and workplaces. My approach is grounded in warmth, respect, and collaboration, while also drawing on evidence-informed therapeutic strategies that support meaningful change, emotional healing, and personal growth.
Holding a Diploma in Counselling and currently completing a Master of Counselling.
Qualifications spanning counselling, early childhood education, management, and business administration.

Master of Counselling

Diploma in Counselling (Christian)
Faith-based counselling skills for emotional and spiritual support.
Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
Experienced educator with specialist knowledge in child development and learning environments.
Diploma in Management
Professional background in management and organisational practice supporting workplace counselling.
Diploma in Business Administration
Broad administrative and operational expertise supporting the delivery of professional counselling services.
EMDR Trained
Trained in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing to support trauma processing and healing.
DV Alert training
Developed skills in identifying and responding to domestic and family violence, including risk assessment, safety planning, trauma-informed support, and appropriate referral pathways to promote safety, recovery, and empowerment.
